She is the Director and Founder of Art of Communicating (2007)
She started her career at IBM, developing a strong passion and rich understanding of the power of communication and interpersonal relationships in the business world.
The desire to create her own business took hold in 1990 when she developed her own successful business, supplying academic institutions around the world with specialised programs and training sessions to help people read, write and communicate in English.
She holds a Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40110); NLP Practitioner; Distinguished Toastmaster in Leadership and Communication (DTM); Voice and Speech Specialist (NIDA); Business Administration Cert IV.
Charmaine has 20 years experience in creating, managing and leading teams in 2 previous communication businesses, as well as 15 years creating and facilitating training programs.
Charmaine an award-winning public speaker - runner-up at National finals 2011 and 1st Place Winner at Club, Area, and Division Levels of the 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2011 Toastmasters International Speech Contests.
"Helping people find their voice and speak with confidence is my passion. When people know how to communicate positively and powerfully, they can influence the world and lead themselves and others to a more caring, balanced and fulfilled life."
