This qualification has been designed by industry professionals, and is ideal if you already have significant professional experience and in your current role you provide leadership and strategic direction in an organisation’s human resources policies,
procedures and activities.

The Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management course will enable you to use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer your knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.
The Advanced Diploma of Human Resource Management covers a range of core unit competencies including developing and implementing diversity policies and strategic plans, managing human resources strategic planning, contributing to organisational development and leading and managing organisational change.
