Level Two: Food Safety Supervisor - SITXFSA006 - Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices 

The unit is delivered online with at least one site visit by iVET. The unit is a nationally accredited unit of competency meeting the Health Department's requirements of Food hygiene Supervisor. The short course can be completed at your own pace with back-up support from a qualified trainer with face-to-face support available, if required. 

This is the required required course for any person who is the responsible person for the Foof Safety Plan.

Level 1 Food Hygiene Course is a pre-requisite for this course - Level 2 Food Safety Supervisor Course.

This course applies to all tourism, hospitality and catering organisations with permanent or temporary kitchen premises or smaller food preparation or bar areas.

This includes restaurants, cafes, clubs, hotels, bars, tour operators, attractions, function, event, exhibition and conference caterers, educational institutions, aged care facilities, correctional centres, hospitals, defence forces, cafeterias, kiosks, canteens, fast food outlets, residential caterers, in‑flight and other transport caterers.

No classrooms to attend. Convenient learning.

On completion of the unit, iVET will issue a statement of attainment for this unit.
