Business Administration
Our Business Administration courses aim to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to work effectively in a workplace or organisation. Retail Operations

Hospitality
This qualification reflects the role of skilled operators who use a range of well-developed hospitality skills. They use discretion and judgement and have a sound knowledge of industry operations. They work with some independence and under limited supervision
and may provide operational advice and support to team members.
Certificate III in Food Processing
The Certificate III in Food Processing is an industry based qualification targeted at significantly increasing the skills and knowledge of food processing industry employees. The key clients for this qualification are more experienced employees working in the
food processing industry seeking to progress to higher levels of responsibility. The overall aim of this training is to progressively expose the students to more demanding and complex tasks and situations, thereby achieving specific business goals for the
organisation.
Warehousing Operations
This qualification is intended for people who want to learn how to coordinate goods for distribution to customers. They will learn how to use inventory systems to conduct stock counts and apply product knowledge to organise receivable and dispatching
Driving Operations
This qualification is designed for driving operation job roles within the Transport and Logistics Industry. Successful completion of the qualification will require competence in units of competency that relate to the job role requirements defined as aligned
at AQF Level 3. Successful completion of the licensing units within the qualification must align with licensing and regulatory requirements applicable to driving and state/territory regulatory requirements.

BLUECARD
BLUECARD was developed in response to the need for improved safety performance in the Transport Industry, this program is mandatory to gain & maintain employment in these industry sectors. Industry and all levels of government now agree that
there is a need for some minimum accreditation to be generically adopted throughout the Transport Industry. The key purpose of the BLUECARD is to stop fatalities and injuries in the Transport Industry. BLUECARD is a safety awareness program aligned to the
Transport Industry National Competency Standard TLIF1001A – “Follow Occupational Health & Safety Procedures”.
Food Safety Supervisor (Retail & hospitality)
NSW Food Safety Regulations require certain hospitality and retail food service businesses in NSW to have a designated Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) responsible for implementing safe food handling on the premises. The Food Safety Supervisor requirement
applies to businesses serving food that is ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous, and not sold and served in its package including: restaurants, cafes, takeaway shops, retail food outlets, caterers, bakeries, clubs, hotels, temporary premises (e.g. food market
stalls), mobile food vendors and supermarket hot food sales.
