If you are keen on starting a new career in security, we have the right training available for you. You can complete the Certificate III in Security Operations (CPP30411) with us which will allow you to become a security officer in a number of public venues
such as shopping centres, nightclubs and events. We also provide the security licence renewal course which is required to be renewed by crowd control security every three years.
Hospitality Short Courses
RSA
Responsible Service of Alcohol, usually abbreviated to RSA, is a must have for anyone who wishes to serve alcohol in a bar, restaurant, liquor store or any other licensed premises in Queensland.
RSG
Responsible Service of Gambling, usually abbreviated to RSG, deals with the skills and knowledge required to identify problem gamblers and provide responsible gambling service. RSG is a requirement for those working directly with gaming machines in Queensland.
RMLV
RMLV stands for Responsible Management of Licensed Venues. RMLV training is mandatory for all licensees and applicants for an approved managers licence in Queensland. This course not only provides details of the law and liquor licence requirements, it also includes a range of management strategies to assist operators in the responsible conduct of their business.
Gaming Nominee
A gaming nominee is an employee performing a managerial role at a venue and is responsible for the conduct of gaming on a particular gaming site. The Gaming Machine Regulation 2002 prescribes the gaming duties and gaming tasks to be carried out for a licensee. A gaming nominee licence can only be granted if you have been appointed to the position by your employer.
Customer Liaison Officer
The Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) training course details the steps, protocols and procedures that need to be implemented to ensure a community commitment to Responsible Gambling is achieved. The course covers your obligations under the Gaming Machine Act, Gaming Machine Regulation as well as the QLD Responsible Gambling Code of Practice. The QLD Responsible Gambling Code of Practice requires that gambling venues appoint a person to perform the role of a CLO.

The food safety course is the first step for all persons working or intending on working with food in a hygienic manner. The supervisor course is used to help meet legal obligations to provide adequate training to staff and recognise, prevent and alleviate

During this course you will learn the following; open and serving wine, mixing and serving spirits, beer pouring, preparing the bar for service, bar duties, hygiene, glassware and bar etiquette, cleaning & maintenance of equipment.
First Aid | CPR Training
Provide First Aid HLTAID003 includes HLTAID001 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), training teaches participants the skills and knowledge necessary to administer first aid care that may be required in emergency situations as well as the tools needed
to help treat serious injuries and other ailments until medical or other assistance arrives.
