A. Plans and Upgrades
Monthly Plan (any 30-day plan of any value)

A monthly plan is a subscription plan of any value that has 30-day validity.

Providers on a monthly plan can request a no-questions-asked full refund within seven (7) days from the transaction date (including upgrades, if any) provided that no videos have been uploaded (including uploaded videos that had been deleted) before the refund request, in which case refund is no longer allowed.
Longer Plans (any plan that is more than 30 days)

A longer plan is a subscription plan of any value that has a validity of more than thirty (30) days (but currently not more than three hundred sixty (360) days).

Providers on a longer plan can request a no-questions-asked full refund within seven (7) days from the transaction date (including upgrades, if any), provided that no videos have been uploaded (including uploaded videos that had been deleted) before the refund request, in which case refund is no longer allowed.

Providers on a longer plan can request a partial refund within thirty (30) days from the transaction date (including upgrades, if any) for the remaining days in the plan after the first thirty (30) days, provided that

there are no ongoing enrollments for any online video course that are scheduled to run beyond the first thirty (30) days; and/or
-
there are no active Learner enrolled in any online video course with Learner access of more than thirty (30) days,

in which case refund is no longer allowed.

The first thirty (30) days of a longer plan (including upgrades, if any) are non-refundable after the first seven (7) days but consumable until the thirtieth (30th) day if partial refund has been granted.
Upgrades

Upgrades are any plan extension or value upgrade added on top of any existing subscription.

Provider can request a no-questions-asked full refund for a plan upgrade within seven (7) days from the upgrade transaction date, provided that the upgrade has not been used, in which case, refund is no longer allowed.

Once upgrade has been refunded, the subscription plan will revert back to its original value and/or expiration.

If the original subscription plan to which an upgrade is applied is refunded, the upgrade is refunded as well.
B. Processing Time
Processing time for refunds depends on the payment method that you used:

If you paid with a credit card or debit card, it may take 2 to 6 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your issuing bank.

If you checked out via PayPal and paid with your bank account or PayPal balance, we will send your refund to your PayPal account within 5 business days. If you paid with a credit/debit card, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement, depending on your issuing bank.

Refunds for Dragonpay and Direct Bank Deposit / Online Bank Transfer transactions are issued via bank deposit only. We will deposit or transfer your refund to your submitted bank account within 5 business days.
C. Sole Discretion
SpeedyCourse.com reserves that right to refuse refunds from Providers who abuse this Refund Policy. Examples include, but not limited to, habitual refund requests or requesting refunds in consecutive months.
