By enrolling now and completing the Australian Salesmasters NSW Certificate of Registration Course you will be on your way to a successful career in property sales, property management, administration and marketing.
RPL:
This is done by way of assessment of evidence compiled by the participant as it relates to their working/life experiences and prior training.
NSW Fair Trading:
To qualify for a Certificate of Registration you are required to produce your qualification recording completed units of competency from the Property Services Training Package (CPP07) to NSW Fair Trading and pay a fee.
Outline
Face to Face Courses $495: Conducted by an industry experienced trainer at our premises, or in house at your offices. (Minimum 10 learners for onsite)
eLearning $395: Quick and easy to complete. Complete in your own time.
Correspondence $395: The course material is sent to you.

CPPDSM3019 Communicate with clients as part of agency operations
CPPDSM4080A Work in the real estate industry
CPPDSM4008A Identify legal and ethical requirements of property sales to complete agency work
CPPDSM4007A Identify legal and ethical requirements of property management to complete agency work
Eligibility:
At least 16 years of age
Is a fit and proper person to hold a Certificate of Registration
Is not a disqualified person

After successfully completing your Certificate of Registration Qualification, you may undertake and upgraded qualification:
CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate)
CPP40611 Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations)
