Light Based Hair Reduction - Level 3

Introducing the new ‘must have’ course for beginners in laser or intense pulsed light (IPL) hair reduction who have already completed ‘Core of Knowledge’ certificated training in laser safety. It includes relevant skin and hair anatomy and physiology. The course is broken down into three units of learning followed by multiple-choice questions which you must complete before moving on to the next section. A training video supported by a detailed workbook is provided to assist the learner.

All of our courses are independently accredited by OCN Credit4Learning, an Open College Network based in Amersham, United Kingdom. This Accrediting Organisation maps courses to National Academic Standards and provides a valuable Quality Assurance service for training providers. Recipients of OCN Credit4Learning Award certificates benefit from the assurance that the training they have received is underpinned by an organisation that is ISO9001 certified, and has mapped and Accredited Online Laser Training courses against QCF (formerly NVQ) Level 3 and Level 4 standards.

This independently accredited Level 3 online course is worth 3 CPD learning credits which is equivalent to a notional 30 hours of learning. Typically, the course takes about 5-7 days to complete. Distance learning offers more choice and more control over what, how, when and where you learn. We achieve this by using the same quality course materials to present information that we use in our face-to-face courses. Student workbooks are provided and the course video which you can play-back multiple times, can be viewed on a desk-top computer, laptop, tablet or iPhone / Android.
