Certificate of Registration - Strata Management course is for any person who is looking to become a Registered Manager of a Strata or Community scheme. When you have successfully completed all required units and received your Statement of Attainment, you can submit them to the Office of Fair Trading, where they will then issue you with the Certificate of Registration.

Face to Face Courses $495: Conducted by an industry experienced trainer at our premises, or in house at your offices. (Minimum 10 learners for onsite)

eLearning $395: Quick and easy to complete. Complete in your own time.

Correspondence $395: The course material is sent to you.

Units of Competency in this course:

CPPDSM3019 Communicate with clients as part of agency operations

CPPDSM3016 Work in the real estate industry

CPPDSM3017 Work in the strata/community management sector

Eligibility:

At least 16 years of age

Is a fit and proper person to hold a Certificate of Registration

Is not a disqualified person

After successfully completing your Certificate of Registration Qualification, you may undertake and upgraded qualification:

CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate)

CPP40611 Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations)
