On 1 October 2018, the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) was amended. Everyone in the heavy vehicle transport supply chain is now responsible for safety.
TLIF0009 – Ensure the safety of transport activities is a nationally accredited unit of competency covering the new legislation and your legal responsibilities.

- Your obligations under the Heavy Vehicle National Law and Regulations (HVNL) in relation to speed, mass, dimensions, load restraint, fatigue and vehicle standards
- The CoR Supply Chain – roles & responsibilities
- CoR compliance in the workplace including breaches and penalties.
