As of 1 January 2009, it is now mandatory for individual licensees and/or approved managers to undertake the Responsible Management of Licensed Venues course. RAM Training Services, as agents for BBHT (RTO #31983) runs the 1-day OLGR approved RMLV course on a monthly basis out of Southport on the Gold Coast, as well as live online via Zoom. We can also deliver at your premises for group bookings, anywhere throughout Queensland.
All licensees, nominees and approved managers are required to complete this course, according to Queensland legislation. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is also mandatory for approved managers.

RAM Training Services was established to deliver security training to guards in the Gold Coast Areas. The company became an RTO in 2008 and has been delivering the Certificate II in Security Operations and First Aid on a weekly basis out of the Gold Coast, Brisbane and throughout Qld ever since. We also run Certificate IV Training and Assessment, mining inductions, Justice of the Peace courses, and have formed relationships with two other RTO’s to deliver courses in Business, RMLV, RSA, RSG, Certificate II / III / IV and Diploma in Hospitality, and Certificate IV and Diploma in WHS. All of these courses are fully accredited and provide you with a nationally recognised qualification upon completion.
Our trainers are Chris Jones, Marc Miles, James Walker, Jason Miller, Catriona Hanneman, Sandie O'Kelly, Jai Napper, Leah McCoy, Natasha Brown, Peter Finch, Jason Goulevitch, Melanie Goulevitch, Rob Rowe, and Jeremy Leven. They have all completed their Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and hold the relevant qualifications to deliver their respective courses.
