(SIH30111) Certificate III in Hairdressing -
DescriptionThis certificate is suitable for someone wishing to work as a qualified hairdresser. They will learn to work as part of a salon team in a hairdressing environment. They will become experienced in communicating in the workplace, consulting with customers and clients, recommending and selling products and services, as well as the design and application of a wide range of technical hairdressing services on clients.
They will develop a extensive range of knowledge and skills in which discretion and judgement will be required. They will also be responsible for their own productivity under the guidance of the salon manager/owner.
This qualification is suitable for an Australian Apprenticeship pathway.
