English for Overseas Qualified Health Professionals (OET Preparation Course)
This certificate course is designed specifically for all overseas qualified professionals in their profession including trained doctors, nurses, dentists, vet or pharmacists and physiotherapists. If you are planning to work in an English speaking country as a health professional, then you may be required to take pre-entry language proficiency test. The course is designed, based on the health professional English language requirments to work in the profession and will prepare you for the OET examination.
This certificate course is nationally recognised English and a vocational program provides all applicants required language skills for specific vocational purpose

Note: Overseas health professionals can apply for this course to get a student VISA and can study upto 33 weeks. At any point of time applicants can book OET test during this course.

Students should be at upper-intermediate level or above. Students are required to demonstrate a keen desire to improve their medical English Langauage skills and should be highly motivated (or)
Entry into certificate IV in ESL (Employment /professional) requires English level of at least equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or equivalent for all international applicatns whose English is second language. ( NOT MANDATORY )
