  • Foster Children’s Learning and Development

  • Legislation and Diversity
  • First Aid
You must have;
  • A Teacher Registration/Primary Teaching Qualification
     - Your primary teaching qualification must at least include a focus on children aged 5-8 years (i.e. a qualification with a focus on children aged 3-8 or 5-12)

  • Successful completion of a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Assessment

Outline

The Bridging Program is delivered through a blended learning experience of either face-to-face and/or online study. Students will be assigned a Trainer/Assessor who will conduct regular face-to-face classes. These classes are then combined with both online components and practical assessment that is undertaken in an actual work environment. This blended method delivery allows our Trainer/Assessor to not only support the student through their learning but assess them to determine their level of competency in each unit.
