Frozen Delights is an introduction to all the basic frozen desserts. After this class you will be a lot more confident to start making your own ice cream at home with a minimum equipment.
What you will learn in this course.
- How to make sorbet
- How to make the traditional Italian gelato
- How to make a perfect ice cream
- How to make ice cream with out machine (Parfait)
- How to make ice cream poles
Students will take home all their products. (You will need to bring a cooler bag and ice brick)
Recipe book and apron will be provided at the beginning of the course, for students to keep.
Prerequisites: No prerequisite for this course – open to public and trade.
