Certificate III in Beauty Services
Details
This qualification reflects the roles of individuals who are competent in interacting with customers, providing a range of beauty services which may include make-up, waxing, nail technology, lash and brow treatments, and demonstrating and selling retail skin care and other cosmetic products.
Work would be undertaken in beauty therapy salon/ clinic and in the wider beauty industry.
This qualification is designed to reflect the role of persons who perform some complex or non-routine activities involving individual responsibility or autonomy or collaboration with others as part of a team.
The Certificate III in Beauty Services runs for the following;
- 3 days a week for 27 weeks
- 5 days a week for 16 weeks
Evening Classes (Geelong Only) :
- 3 evenings a week for 38 weeks
All classes are classed as full time.
On Campus (Face-to-Face)
Recognition of prior learning (RPL) may be given for skills and knowledge gained through previous study or other relevant experience.
Geelong and Swan Hill
We are a Registered Training Organisation (TOID 3687) which has been operating passionately in the Hairdressing and Beauty Industries for over twenty five years.
We offer full Government Funding for those who qualify for our Accredited Certificates and Diplomas in Beauty and Hairdressing.
In-school training has proven extremely successful with our workable salon and spa which is open to the public from 9am-5pm Mon to Fri and Tues, Wed, Thurs evenings.
We believe that this environment strongly encourages confidence in our students and allows them to be work-ready by the completion of their courses.
In addition, we provide the training program and assessments for apprentices and trainees completing their courses in independant salons across Victoria.
