Originating from UK Prince2® is a globally recognised process-based project management approach which provides a scalable method in managing all types of projects. With Prince2 Foundation the essential elements of a running process can be monitored by the stakeholders during the lifecycle of the projects.

Prince2® is flexible and easy to learn which can be tailored to your organisational requirements and also used in variety of industries to manage all type of projects. Foundation Level is your first step to Project Management with Prince2®. Also this is a prerequisite to Prince2® Practitioner Certification.
