Chainsaw Trim and Cut Felled Trees
The chainsaw course will equip you with skills to use and maintain a chainsaw in a safe efficient manner, to trim and cut felled trees. What this means is that you will no longer be stressed out when you look at a tree that is blocking your path. You will be able to assess the branches and understand where the compressions and tensions are so that you can make an informed decision as to whether you are capable of opening the track or need to report it to the authorities, because it is beyond your ability / training to safely tackle.(Better to play safe than be sorry)
It is intended for use in situations where the production of timber is not the primary focus of the activity.
