This intensive workshop aims to improve the participant's ability to manage the rigour and probity of the bid management process.  Ensuring the administration of the bid enables realisation of project goals and conforms to good practice in terms of probity and governance.  Participants will be equipped with practical methodologies to design and construct RFP, tender and bid management to secure best value outcomes.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Our practical two-day course will equip you with the knowledge and tools to:

  • Describe a market approach in terms of end-to-end process and the activities that are appropriate for each phase.
  • Select the most appropriate market approach for a procurement example and design a process that will achieve the procurement objectives.
  • Develop a bid package and other detailed plans to define the procurement objectives and manage the risks in the process appropriately.
  • Develop and conduct bid evaluation processes to ensure the selection of the best offer/s is the outcome.
  • Manage probity throughout the process to ensure the integrity and objectivity of the process is maintained.
